Speedway, Ind. ~ Grab your lights! The American Rally Association, presented by DirtFish
is pleased to sanction the historic Prescott Rally as a 2021 ARA West Regional
Championship event. Originating in 1985 as the brainchild of Rob Cherry, the 2021 version
will now be scheduled for September 24-25.
The 31 st running of the Prescott Rally will be a two-day event will run out of the Chino
Valley, Ariz. area and will cover over 105 stage miles, including night stages.
“We are excited to bring back the Prescott Rally as an ARA Super Regional,” said Event
Chair John Sundelin. “This rally has been a major facet of the U.S. rally scene for almost
three-and-a-half decades. Returning in 2021 as a two-day event will advance and
strengthen rally in this region.”
The addition of Prescott gives another option for ARA West Regional championship
competitors in 2021. With the addition of Rally Nevada in 2020 and the resurgence of Rally
Colorado as an ARA Super Regional, Prescott now brings the West Championship to six
events.
More event details will be announced closer to the event, and competitors are reminded to
keep an eye on www.americanrallyassocition.org and social media for event regulations
and entry information.
