ARA Contingency Programs

2025 Program: NEW for 2025 – this program will consist of entry discounts AND prize money.
The “Subaru Early Entry Fee” will be $500 below the event’s posted Early Entry Fee for a National entry, and $300 below the posted Early Entry Fee for a Regional entry. This entry fee credit is available to ANY class of Subaru entered.

2025 Subaru Rally Support Program
2. Program Summary

Participating national event organizers of the American Rally Association Championship shall make available a “Subaru Early Entry Discount” to the first five (5) paid Subaru teams in the National and the first ten (10) paid Subaru entries in the concurrent Regional rally, should one exist.

Early Entry Discount Program will consist of:

1st Ten Regional entries - $300 off

1st Five National entries - $500 off

Discount codes are unique for each event and will be published in the Supplemental Regs

The credit is handled entirely between the event organizer and the entering team. Registration in the Subaru Contingency program is not required to receive the credit.

After an Event’s respective “Early Entry Deadline” passes there shall be no further credits or discounts provided as part of this program. Each event organizer may dictate the terms and details of the entry deadlines.

In addition: a Subaru prize fund has been established and will pay prize money to National entries:

At each National event: Highest finishing Overall Subaru $1000, 2nd Highest Overall Subaru $500, 3rd Highest Overall Subaru $250

Year End Prize Fund: National Championship Highest Overall Subaru $3000, 2nd Highest Overall Subaru $2000, 3rd Highest Overall Subaru $1000

3. Covered Events

All 2025 National level American Rally Association Championship stage rally events.

Regional and/or Super Regional events are not included
4. Registration Requirements

6. Vehicle Eligibility
-
Eligible Subaru vehicles must be powered by Subaru based engines and shall include any make, model or class of Subaru in any ARA class.

VSC supported entries are not eligible for prizes or discounts

Hoosier Tire
The Hoosier Tire Contingency Program will be available to all ARA National Rally Teams who register in advance of their first 2024 ARA National Rally of the year and run Hoosier Racing Tires on their rally cars. The program will recognize first and second and place finishers in all ARA National events in 2024. Any team competing in vehicles with Hoosier Tires on all four corners of their rally car, along with proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is eligible to register for the Hoosier Contingency Program.
VP Racing Fuel
VP Racing Fuels discounted pre-order offers return for 2025 in an expanded program. Competitors can order fuel delivered directly to the paddock at each event on the 2025 ARA rally schedule.
For 2025 VP Racing Fuels can be ordered direct by filling out the linked form up to two weeks before the start of an ARA national, super regional, or regional level event. VP has also expanded their product offerings to ARA competitors who pre-order. For the 2025 season, they will offer several different fuel blends to fulfill the needs of nearly all rally competitors.
Deadlines to per-order VP Racing Fuels for each event are on the form. Any orders made after the pre-order may be have delays in shipping to event.
